Summary
This study tested whether personalized electronic health record tools, powered by a smart computer program, could help primary care doctors reduce or stop risky medications in older adults aged 65 and over. The study involved 70 doctors and 1,249 patients over 30 weeks. The goal was to see if the personalized approach led to more medication reductions compared to usual care.
