NCT ID NCT05785221
Summary
This study aims to understand how personalized diet and lifestyle advice affects metabolism and weight loss in overweight Chinese adults. Researchers will closely monitor 117 participants on a 12-week calorie-restricted diet, using detailed tests to see how their bodies process food and exercise. The goal is to learn why people respond differently to the same diet and to find better ways to predict weight loss success.
