Summary

This study aims to find better, more personalized doses of three common antidepressants (fluoxetine, sertraline, and escitalopram) for teenagers and young adults with depression. Researchers will use blood tests to measure drug levels and see how they relate to symptom improvement and side effects. The goal is to help doctors prescribe the most effective and safest dose for each individual patient.
