Can a website help stop dementia before it starts?
NCT ID NCT06291909
Summary
This study is testing a personalized website called 'Small Steps' that helps older adults make lifestyle changes to reduce their risk of developing dementia. Participants aged 65 and over use the website to plan small, manageable changes to sit less, move more, and improve their sleep over a 36-week program. Researchers are checking if this guided, tech-based approach is more effective than general health advice for promoting lasting healthy habits.
