Summary
This study is testing if using a patient's genetic information to personalize their chemotherapy dose is better than the standard approach. It will enroll 178 adults with pancreatic or colorectal cancer who are starting treatment. The main goal is to see if the personalized dosing leads to fewer severe side effects and potentially helps patients live longer.
