Summary
This study is testing a new approach to chemotherapy for advanced gastrointestinal cancers. It aims to see if doctors can safely increase the dose of a key chemo drug for patients who tolerate the standard dose well. The goal is to see if this personalized, higher-dose approach is feasible and more effective at controlling cancer growth.
