Summary
This European trial is testing whether personalized treatments can help children and teenagers whose cancers have returned or not responded to standard therapies. Doctors analyze the unique genetic changes in each child's tumor and match them to specific drugs designed to target those changes. The study aims to find safe doses and see if this personalized approach shows early signs of helping control the disease.
