Summary
This trial aims to help doctors choose the most effective second treatment for people with advanced breast cancer that has stopped responding to initial hormone therapy. It uses special scans and blood tests to guide whether patients should receive more hormone-based treatments or switch to chemotherapy. The goal is to better control the cancer's growth and extend the time patients live without their disease getting worse.
