Custom cancer care: tailoring treatment to each Patient's response

Summary
This study is testing a personalized treatment approach for breast cancer that has spread to nearby lymph nodes. Researchers want to see if adjusting radiation, surgery, and drug therapy based on how well a patient's tumor responds to initial chemotherapy can help keep the cancer from returning. The trial will enroll 157 women with advanced breast cancer to compare this tailored strategy against standard care.
