Summary
This study tested a personalized brain-training therapy for people with major depression who struggle to feel pleasure. 19 participants were randomly assigned to receive either the real therapy or a sham version to compare safety and effectiveness. The goal was to see if this therapy could reduce depression symptoms and help doctors better match treatments to individual patients.
