Summary
This study tested three different ways to personalize a brain stimulation treatment called iTBS for people with depression that hasn't responded to medication. 75 adults with moderate-to-severe depression received 20 treatment sessions over 4 weeks. Researchers compared standard treatment against two more personalized approaches to see which worked better at changing brain activity and reducing depression symptoms.
