Summary

This is a small, early-stage study testing a personalized vaccine designed to train the immune system to fight a specific type of aggressive brain cancer called glioblastoma. The main goals are to see if creating and giving this custom vaccine is safe and possible, and to check if it triggers an immune response in patients. The study is enrolling 9 adults with newly diagnosed, unmethylated glioblastoma.
