First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether a genetic test can help doctors choose the best anti-nausea medicines for Chinese women with early breast cancer undergoing their first chemotherapy. About 200 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive a personalized anti-nausea plan based on their genetic profile or standard care. The goal is to see if the personalized approach reduces vomiting, nausea, and the need for rescue medications, and improves quality of life.
