Summary
This study aimed to understand the psychological and social aspects of chronic neck pain. Researchers compared 54 patients with long-term neck pain to healthy individuals to see how common certain personality traits and feelings of social stigma were. They also looked at how these factors related to patients' anxiety, depression, disability, and overall quality of life.
