Could a simple massage tool transform the birth experience?
NCT ID NCT06986824
Summary
This study is testing whether using a special pelvic wand for perineal massage in late pregnancy and during labor helps people feel more in control of their birth process. Researchers will compare two groups of about 140 pregnant participants: one using the wand and one receiving standard advice. The main goal is to see if the massage improves the birth experience and reduces common pelvic issues after delivery.
