Can a plant pill and home workouts tame menopause?
NCT ID NCT07135232
Summary
This study is testing whether a new plant-based supplement and a simple home strength training program can help reduce common perimenopause symptoms. Researchers will enroll 72 women to see if these approaches, alone or combined, can improve mood, sleep, memory, hot flashes, and muscle strength. Participants will take a daily supplement (or a placebo) and do home exercises for 12 weeks while their symptoms and health are tracked.
