Summary
This study looks at whether a capsule prenatal supplement (Perelel Prenatal) can raise iron levels in healthy pregnant women more than a gummy version. Forty women in their second trimester will take one of the two supplements daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure iron, folate, and omega-3 levels at the start and end of the study.
