Summary
This study looked at how different intensities of percussive massage (like using a massage gun) affect agility, jumping, and strength in trained male football players. 18 players were tested in the morning and evening after no massage, low-intensity massage, or moderate-intensity massage. The goal was to see if the timing and intensity of massage make a difference in performance.
