New hope for aggressive lymphoma: targeted drug combo under study

Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding the targeted drug polatuzumab vedotin (with or without glofitamab) to standard chemotherapy is safe for people with untreated, aggressive B-cell lymphoma. About 56 participants will receive the combination to see how well they tolerate it. The goal is to find a more effective upfront treatment for this fast-growing cancer.
