First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests a new material called PeptiCol EZgraft, which is placed into the empty tooth socket right after a tooth is pulled. The goal is to see if it helps keep the jawbone from shrinking better than a standard graft. About 114 adults aged 19 to 75 who need a tooth pulled and plan to get a dental implant later will take part. The main measure is how much bone width changes over 4 months, along with safety checks for side effects.
