Summary

This study tests whether pentoxifylline, a drug already used for other conditions, can reduce inflammation in people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Researchers will give it to 50 adults with active RA who are already on standard medications. The main goal is to see if it improves disease activity scores over time.
