Could an Anti-Inflammatory drug help break cocaine addiction?

Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether a medication called pentoxifylline can reduce the rewarding effects of cocaine. It will involve about 30 adults with cocaine use disorder who are not currently seeking treatment. In a controlled lab setting, researchers will see if taking pentoxifylline makes participants choose money over cocaine less often.
