New drug cocktail aims to tame rare bile duct cancer

Summary
This study tests whether combining three drugs (pemigatinib, atezolizumab, and bevacizumab) can help control advanced bile duct cancer that has a specific genetic change (FGFR2 fusion). About 25 adults whose cancer has not responded to other treatments will participate. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and shrinks tumors.
