This study tests whether combining three drugs—pemigatinib, atezolizumab, and bevacizumab—can help control advanced bile duct cancer that has a specific genetic change (FGFR2 fusion). About 25 adults whose cancer has not responded to other treatments will take part. The main goal is to check safety and side effects.
