Summary

This phase II trial is testing the drug pemetrexed in people with advanced bladder cancer or other solid tumors that have spread and carry certain gene mutations (MLL4, UTX, or MTAP). The goal is to see if pemetrexed can shrink tumors. About 64 participants will receive the drug intravenously and be monitored with scans and blood/urine tests. The study is currently recruiting.
