Promising combo targets aggressive stomach cancer before surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether adding two targeted drugs, pembrolizumab and trastuzumab, to standard chemotherapy can improve outcomes for people with HER2+ esophageal or stomach cancer that can be surgically removed. The treatment is given before surgery to shrink the tumor. The study involves 49 adults and is currently recruiting.
