First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs, pembrolizumab and lenvatinib, can help people with a rare eye cancer (uveal melanoma) that has spread. About 51 adults will take part, split into two groups: those who have not had a prior treatment called tebentafusp, and those who have. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control.
