New drug combo shows promise in Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study tests two drugs, pembrolizumab and lenvatinib, in 45 people with advanced neuroendocrine prostate cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if the combination can slow tumor growth. Treatment continues until the cancer worsens or side effects become too severe, for up to 35 cycles (about 2 years).
