Summary
This study tests whether the drug pembrolizumab can shrink or stop the growth of a returning brain cancer called malignant glioma in people whose tumors have many genetic mutations. The drug works by activating the immune system to attack cancer cells. The study enrolled 27 adults whose cancer came back after standard treatments like radiation and chemotherapy.
