Summary
This study tested whether giving the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab (Keytruda) before surgery, alone or with chemotherapy, helps shrink early-stage non-small cell lung cancer. Only 6 people enrolled before the trial was stopped early. The main goal was to see if the treatment could clear cancer DNA from the blood.
