This phase II trial investigates whether adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab (Keytruda) to standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and paclitaxel) improves outcomes for people with advanced stage III-IV ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.
