Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy) to standard chemotherapy is safe and effective for people newly diagnosed with primary central nervous system lymphoma, a rare brain cancer. About 15 adults will receive the drug combination. The main goal is to check for serious side effects, and researchers will also measure how well the tumors shrink.
