Summary
This study tested a 3-month online program called PelvicSense for people with provoked vestibulodynia, a condition causing pain during touch. Fifteen adults completed the program remotely, reporting their pain levels and sexual well-being before, right after, and three months later. The goal was to see if the program could reduce pain and improve quality of life.
