First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at three treatments for older women with sudden, strong urges to urinate (urgency urinary incontinence) who are also at high risk of falling. The treatments are pelvic floor muscle training (exercises taught by a physical therapist) and two different medications (Mirabegron and Trospium). The goal is to see if a larger study is possible and how each treatment affects bladder symptoms and fall risk.
