Summary
This study tests a mobile app called PeerOnCall that lets Canadian firefighters connect with each other for private support and wellness resources. About 2000 firefighters will use the app and complete surveys over one year. The goal is to see if extra features like reminders and feedback help firefighters use the app more and improve their mental health and work performance.
