Summary

This small study looked at whether firefighters could use a mild brain stimulation device (CES) at home for four weeks. The goal was to see if it's practical and if it helps with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and posttraumatic stress. Thirteen active-duty firefighters participated, using the device daily and reporting their mood and fatigue.
