Summary
This study tested a mobile app called PeerNaija that sends medication reminders, shows personal and anonymous peer adherence scores, and offers monthly lottery prizes to encourage young people living with HIV in Nigeria to take their medicine regularly. Fifty-four participants aged 16-27 used the app for 24 weeks. The goal was to see if the app was easy to use, acceptable, and could help improve viral suppression.
