Summary
This study tests a program called Peer Support for Whole Health, where trained Veterans (peer specialists) help other Veterans improve their relationships, work, and daily life. The program focuses on values and self-care. Researchers want to see if it boosts well-being and mental health for 240 Veterans in primary care who are not currently in mental health treatment.
