Summary
This study is testing whether a program called 'Peer Support for Whole Health' helps Veterans who are struggling with relationships, work, or daily tasks. The program is led by other Veterans who have recovered from similar challenges and focuses on values and self-care. Researchers want to see if this support improves participants' daily functioning, mental health, and overall well-being.
