Peer support: a new hope for mental health recovery?

Summary
This study tests a 10-week peer support program (UPSIDES-Swe) for adults with serious mental illness in Sweden. Half of the 300 participants will get the program plus usual care, the other half usual care alone. Researchers will measure personal recovery, social inclusion, and quality of life to see if peer support makes a meaningful difference.
