Summary

This study tests a 10-week peer support program where people who have recovered from serious mental health problems help others currently struggling. About 300 people in Sweden will take part, with half receiving the peer support and half getting usual care. The goal is to see if this approach improves personal recovery, social connections, and quality of life.
