Summary

This study is testing a new peer-led workshop program for young people in vocational training in Zambia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. The goal is to see if group sessions focused on reducing substance use and promoting fairer gender beliefs can improve health and life outcomes. It will compare this new program to the standard vocational training and a healthcare referral. The study will measure changes in substance use, beliefs, and job success over six months.
