Summary
This study aims to see if having young people help deliver HIV prevention pills (PrEP) to other youth in their community works better than getting PrEP from a standard health clinic. It will involve 1,400 young people aged 15-24 in Brazil who are at risk for HIV. Researchers will compare if getting PrEP from a trained peer increases starting the medication, sticking with it, and taking it correctly.
