New study seeks best pain block for Kids' spleen surgery

Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (EOI block and TAP block) to see which provides better pain relief after laparoscopic spleen removal in children. Sixty children aged 8 to 16 will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two blocks. The goal is to improve pain control and reduce the need for other pain medications.
