Summary

This study tests two drugs, diroximel fumarate and dimethyl fumarate, in children with relapsing multiple sclerosis. About 185 kids will be split by weight and randomly assigned to one of the drugs or a standard treatment (fingolimod). The goal is to see which drug is safer and better at reducing relapses and brain lesions over 96 weeks, with an optional 96-week extension. Participants must have had at least one relapse in the past year.
