Summary
This study looked at whether a small chest muscle called the pectoralis minor causes shoulder pain in people who have had a stroke. Nineteen stroke survivors with shoulder pain received injections into the muscle and nearby area to see if it relieved pain and improved movement. The goal was to help doctors better treat this common and painful condition.
