Summary

This study tests whether a suprascapular nerve block (a numbing injection) plus physical therapy can improve shoulder joint awareness and reduce pain in stroke survivors with hemiplegic shoulder pain. Fourteen participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the nerve block followed by physical therapy or physical therapy alone. The goal is to see if the nerve block helps with movement sense, pain, and quality of life.
