First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether a clot-busting drug called tenecteplase can help people having a stroke who have recently taken blood thinners (DOACs). About 912 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it improves their recovery after 90 days. The goal is to find a safe and effective way to treat these patients, who are often excluded from standard clot-busting therapy.
