Summary
This study aims to see if eating peanuts daily for 12 weeks helps people who are already taking prescription weight-loss medications like Ozempic or Mounjaro. Researchers want to find out if adding peanuts improves feelings of fullness, energy levels, mood, and overall diet quality. The study will include 64 adults who have been using these medications for at least three months.
