NCT ID NCT06306638

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests a two-step treatment for people with advanced cancer that blocks their main breathing passages. First, they get low-dose radiation to shrink the tumor. Then, they receive a light-sensitive drug and a laser treatment to destroy remaining tumor tissue. The goal is to open the airway and improve breathing without the severe side effects of high-dose radiation. About 42 adults with inoperable tumors will participate.
