NCT ID NCT05404048
First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests a new type of PET scan that looks for a protein called PD-L1 in people with large B-cell lymphoma receiving CAR T-cell therapy. The goal is to see if this scan can predict whether the treatment will work and help tell the difference between active cancer and inflammation after treatment. Twenty participants will receive the special scan before and after CAR T-cell therapy to gather information, not to provide a direct treatment benefit.
