Massive 5,000-Person study checks if italians stick with their cholesterol meds

Summary
This study aims to see how well people in Italy stick to their prescribed PCSK9 inhibitor medications for high cholesterol and how effective the treatment is in everyday life. It will follow 5,000 adults already taking these drugs to measure how consistently they take them and how much their 'bad' cholesterol (LDL) levels drop. The goal is to understand real-world treatment patterns, not to test a new cure.
